Returns x Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

RETURNS

Items returned within 7 DAYS of receiving your order will be eligible for a FULL REFUND to the original payment method considering all criteria are met. Items returned within 14 DAYS of receiving your order will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY considering all criteria are met.

EXCHANGES

Items can only be exchanged for a different size. Please email us before hand at info@txcclothing.com of your intent to exchange so that we may verify that the correct size is in stock. Once we have confirmed that we have the item in stock you may then proceed with the exchange process.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received
  • Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Items must be unworn, unwashedfree of stains and odors
  • There should be NO perfume, deodorant, or makeup on clothing. Items containing these things will NOT qualify for a return or exchange
  • Discounted/sale items, swimsuits and bodysuits are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Defective/damaged or incorrect items must be reported via email or contact form within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. Items not reported within the given time frame will not be issued a refund, exchange, or credit
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund/credit/exchange

    SHIPPING COSTS

    • The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping of all returns and exchanges
    • Customers may be responsible for reshipping fees to have the item sent back to them if item(s) are deemed unacceptable and rejected after review based on the exceptions listed above in the Returns/Exchange section 
    • Items will be thoroughly checked or verified before being shipped to customer, however, in the event that the customer receives a defective or damaged item we will then cover the cost of shipping 

    HOW TO START A RETURN 

    To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

    1. Click on the button at the bottom of the page
    2. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
    3. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
    4. Print out your shipping label 
    5. Send all items back to us using the label provided

    PROCESSING  

    Please allow up to business days for the processing of your return or exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or receive store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
